yummmeh. I have a sweet tooth and I am not great in the kitchen so this nice simple sweet HEALTHY treat is right up my alley :)
3 ripe bananas
2 cup gluten-free oats
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
A generous pinch of nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 slivered almonds
6 fresh strawberries
1. In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add oats, applesauce, vanilla, spices, and
almonds. Stir thoroughly.
