Legs and Cardio day



Just finished editing my workout from Bodybuilding.com
I decided to put my own spin to it:

Warm up:
free hand jump squats 2 x 15

SUPERSET
Plie dumbbell squat: 3 x 10-12
Squat cleans: 3 x 10-12

Barbell side split squat: 3 x 10-12

One legged press pyramid:
3 sets of 15/12/8 with weights progressively getting heavier as the reps go down

Deadlifts 3 x 10-12

CARDIO
4 min AMRAP of Double unders

10 mins running intervals

5 mins Stairmaster

5 mins Crosstrainer Calorie Burner


I LOVE LEG DAYS!
