Today I ran my 5:30am bootcamp (sandbag drills at the beach!), then did my scheduled 40 mins of cardio :)


 

snack was: 
rye cruskits with "skinny hummus"
tuna with chilli

CAN YOU TELL I AM BORED. 

okay off to do some study now and make my time productive
