Full Body


My full body workout I did on Saturday

nice and simple workout

Warm up

Push press 3 x 10-12
Barbell bent over rows
Lat pulldown
Stiff legged barbell good mornings
dumbbell rear lunges (i used kettlebells)

25 mins of cardio
