almost

.... 24 years old!!
i'm not quite ready yet, i feel like i JUST had my previous birthday. anyone else feel that way??


Yesterday's workout
10 rounds
100m sprint with medicine ball (5.5/8.5)
15 jump squats
30 seconds rest

yepppp legs are feeling it today

also practised some ab moves.
