Breakfast Burrito

Healthy Breakfast Burrito.
1/2 cup chopped capsicum, red onion & tomato
1 egg white scrambled (or whole egg)
light mozzarella on top of everything
Wrap in a whole wheat tortilla and cut up. Spread some salsa on top.
