my lunch today:
protein smoothie made with protein powder, half a banana, half a weetbix, light soy milk & water
1 x wholemeal tortilla + lean beef mince + tomato salsa
bean salad made with 5 types of beans, spinach, red onion, lemon juice, tomato, feta cheese

man i eat a lot.
