True or False: It's best to start your strength-training workouts with exercises for larger muscles and then work on your smaller muscles.

If you work out the smaller muscles first, they'll be too tired to help out when you're lifting heavier weights to train your larger muscles. So do the "heavy lifting" first, and finish off with the smaller muscles.

[large muscle groups e.g. quads, back.  small muscle groups e.g. biceps, triceps :)]

True or False: Herb-seasoned roasted potatoes contain less than half the calories of mashed potatoes (made with butter and whole milk).

Roasted potatoes, made without added oil, contain about 57 calories and 0 grams of fat per 1/2-cup serving. Mashed potatoes contain twice the calories (120) and 4 grams of fat for the same portion.

[i am in love with roasted herb veggies.  i chop up my veg, for example, pumpkin & broccoli, drizzle extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, rosemary & thyme and mix altogether.  throw them in the oven at 180 degress for about 20-30 mins, depending on the vegetable. yummmmmmmy!]
