There are people who would love to be under 300lbs, 250, 200 etc. Before putting yourself down for not being where you want to be, remember there is someone struggling to get where you are now. Stay positive and learn to love every stage, and plateau.
i am soooooo tired :'(
had an absolute ball drinking & dancing & giggling with some girlfriends on the weekend
got 3 hours sleep, woke up and trained a friend
cant believe i got a mini workout after a night out, i'll call it a win lol
the rest of sunday was spent being Blah.
time to get back into it today :)
2 -3 L of water, serving of fruit and veg, 1.5 hours at
the gym, strength training AND cardio,
and i am going to tackle my mountain load of UNI!
