whether in the form of a meal or snack, within two hours of a cardio workout.
If you're doing resistance training (weights), include some protein to
buffer your muscles against damage and speed up repair and recovery afterwards.
You don't want to be eating fruit before weight training, you're better
off having yoghurt."
