:: Staying Hydrated ::

 "Thirst makes exercise feel HARDER, so if you hit the gym 
when you're dehydrated, you're more likely to quit your session earlier - 
and even if you don't, you won't get the same results."

 Remain hydrated throughout the day by drinking 1.5-2L of water!

Remember that the body is made up of 70% water.
