craving FRUIT....

easy ways to add fruits & veg to your food everyday:

Add fruit to your cereal, oatmeal, waffles or pancakes at breakfast
Use chunky salsa instead of thick, creamy snack dips
Drink 100% juice [limit sugary soft drinks and sweet coffees/teas]
Add frozen veggies to any pasta dish... e.g. mushrooms & capsicum to spag bol
- Keep fruits and vegetables in line of sight... I have mine in a pretty fruit bowl :)
- create your own homemade pizzas... and add a ton of veg such as Rocket, Spinach, Mushrooms, Capsicums, Artichokes
Stock up on frozen fruit & veg... they are still as good as the fresh stuff!
add fruit to salads... be experimental! apples add crunchiness ... dates add sweetness. you can also add grapes. Yum!
- blend fruit along with your favourite type of protein shake <<< my fave.
